New Born & Baby
New Born & Baby
Baby Photography In Epsom & Surrey

Little ones grow and change so fast, capture their moments every step of the way.

Location or Home Shoot £75
At your baby's session I spend time with you and your baby creating beautiful studio-quality portraits in your home. I bring along everything I need including lights and a back drop so you don't have to worry about a thing and can relax in your own home as I guide you through the shoot. If you prefer, we can use your home in the shots for beautiful, relaxed 'life style' shots. These are beautiful, candid moments of you and your little one together.

Pop-Up Studio Shoot- £50
Pop up studio sessions are available on selected weekends only at the Holiday Inn in Sutton. A mini studio set up to create a wide variety of images. Props, blankets and baby posers all provided.

FAQ

What’s the best age for photography?

All ages are wonderful and you’ll capture their unique personality at any age. Newborns are best photographed in the first two weeks if you want sleeping, posed or shots of them in a wrap.

Babies 6 months and up is a great stage in their development, they’re usually their most smiley and at 6 months they can sit up and push up on their tummies so you get a wider variety of images. Of course I can photograph any age and those special moments like their first birthday are wonderful to capture.

What should my child wear?

A general rule is to avoid anything very complicated such as lots of stripes, big logos or strong patterns - we want the focus to the fabulous, happy expressions and not on the clothes! My advice would be to coordinate styles eg. casual or more dressy and then wear similar neutral tones. A great place to start is jeans and light coloured tops. You’re welcome to bring a change of clothes too so you have different optios. If your child has a favourite sport or hobby, you’re welcome to bring along an outfit or prop that we could use in the photos.

What if my baby is in a bad mood?

It happens! The session is long enough that we can take plenty of breaks to keep babies happy, giving them time to be fed or changed if they need it. I’d recommend booking your session for just after their nap times so they wake up refreshed. However if they’re in a terrible mood because of teething, jabs or just feeling grumpy we can always reschedule if necessary.
