Family Portraits
Family Photography in Surrey

“We’ve always wanted to have some family photos, but just never got round to it.”

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard the above statement, but even an hour out your busy schedule is enough time to capture moments together that you’ll treasure forever. During the shoot you can relax and spend quality time together. I can guide you on how to position, helping you to look your best without having to even think about it. All you need to do is enjoy this time with your family. I offer relaxed sessions, with a mixed of posed and candid shots so you have lots of variety in your portraits.

Location or Home Shoot £75

Shoots are available at your home or a location of your choice throughout Surrey and South West London. I can offer advice on great locations to use, or we can use your favourite local spot or somewhere that has special meaning to you and your family. A shoot is 1 Hour and includes one High Resolution Digital Image.

Pop-Up Studio Shoot- £50
Pop up studio sessions are available on selected weekends only at the Holiday Inn in Sutton. A mini studio set up to create a wide variety of studio style images.

Family FAQ:

How many people can come?

I’ve managed to fit 10 people in the studio before but could probably squeeze in a couple more. I welcome any size of group, and understand this is necessary if you’re planning a big family session with multiple generations. Get in touch with your requirements and if it’s something the studio can’t accommodate we can always do an outdoor location session instead.

What should we wear?

A general rule is to avoid anything very complicated such as lots of stripes, big logos or strong patterns - we want the focus to be on you and your expressions and not on the clothes! My advice would be to coordinate styles eg. casual or more dressy and then wear similar neutral tones. A great place to start is jeans and light coloured tops. You’re welcome to bring a change of clothes too so you have a different option.

Do you use Photoshop?

Yes, not that you need it, you look gorgeous just as you are! With the right posing and lighting you’ll look fantastic anyway, but I do remove any non permanent blemishes such as spots, but leave in permanent features like scars, moles and birthmarks. However if there is anything specific you’d like taken out just let me know.
